Twenty-one years ago today, on September 10, 2005, BrontëBlog published its first post. Two decades on, it's still going — a quiet, steady record of Brontë news, scholarship, and the occasional strange pop-culture cameo, kept up post by post rather than with any fanfare.

None of it repeats itself, which is probably why the blog hasn't run out of things to say. Here's to another year of paying attention to it.
