This post is in honour of theis blog's name BRONTËblog and its connection with the rest of the Brontë novels, not just Jane Eyre.

Model Erin O'Connor talks to The Guardian and reveals her favourite book:
[A] preference for reading - her favourite book is Wuthering Heights.
Perhaps if she's working in Australia in the near future she will get to see the Queensland Ballet performing a choreography inspired by Wuthering Heights. The mind boggles to imagine that though.
The company is presenting a double program over the next two weeks, starting with its contemporary offering 'with attitude' on Saturday which features new work Wuthering Heights by Brisbane choreographer Natalie Weir.
And well - yes - it was inevitable. A short mention of Jane Eyre. However this Jane Eyre is Dame Darcy's, not the Beeb's :P The A.V. Club reviews a few "comics of note". This is how they grade Dame Darcy's Jane Eyre:
Now, Viking has comic-book artists providing spot illustrations for classic works of literature. The first two on the shelf are The Illustrated Dracula, by Bram Stoker and Jae Lee, and The Illustrated Jane Eyre (Buy It!), by Charlotte Bronte and Dame Darcy. Both could use more pictures, but their very existence is encouraging… Both: A-.
A-! That's not at all bad.
