Brontë influence goes a long distance and for anyone doubting that, this post is the best example!

Blogcritics.org has a review on the newly released DVD of Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats. Curiously similar to Garfield, Heathcliff was born as a secondary character in comic-strip called Auntie in the late 1960s. It was only in 1973 that he got his own comic-strip.

Now - is his girlfriend's name Cathy too?
