Opening tomorrow, March 4, in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland:
Bray Institute of Further Education (BIFE) Performing Arts presents
Jane Eyre
Adapted by Polly Teale

Mermaid Arts Centre
Tue 4 - 7 Mar, 8.00 PM

BIFE Performing Arts acting students are staging a production of Charlotte Brontë's Jane Eyre, adapted by Polly Teale.

This adaptation was first staged by the Shared Experience Theatre Company  and it challenges the performers physical presence, ensemble skills and ability to give form to the hidden world of emotion and imagination.

This is an electrifying exploration of a ‘poor, obscure and plain’ young woman haunted by a madwoman in the attic. It is a psychological drama of the most powerful kind focusing on the battle between emotional repression and liberation.
