According to the Iran Book News Agency, several Brontë novels are being translated to Farsi by Reza Rezayi:
Referring to his other translation projects at hand, Rezayi said: "At the moment I am retranslating all works of the Brontë sisters (Anne, Emily, and Charlotte) that reach seven volumes. My translation of Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights was published three months ago and Charlotte Brontë's Jane Eyre is underway. I am now translating Charlotte's Villette."
Rezati's main reason for retranslating Brontë works, as he has stated it, is their being outdated and incomplete. These books are published by Nashr'e Ney.
