A new chance to see the BGT English Theatre Company's production of Jane Eyre which was premiered some weeks ago in Mersch, Luxembourg. The production now arrives in Luxembourg City:

If you haven't got your tickets yet, do so before they're all gone (see below) - it's a superb production!
Jackie Milne is simply outstanding as the dowdy Jane Eyre. Apart from the first few scenes, she is on stage for virtually the entire performance, portraying the impoverished orphan who is determined to make something out of her life. (...)
It is almost impossible to find fault with anything concerning this production. If anything, the cushioned bleacher seats could do with a bit more padding, but the almost-200 capacity theatre is a joy for such a production. While seated, peruse the programme for a myriad of interesting snippets of information on the Bronte family, the fashion of the times and much more...
Apparently Tageblatt has also reviewed positively the production but we haven't been able to trace the article.
