Babelfish translation of the summary->
The legend of Charlotte and Emily Brontë has not only appropriated of their life but also of the physical surroundings in which this one passed, affecting simultaneously good part of the literary places of its work. The legend tells that Charlotte and Emily had a childhood and unfortunate adolescence because they practically lived shut in in the cold and sinister parochial house of a remote town of Yorkshire, in a place of death and desolation. When confusing the biography with the fiction, the legend has also affected the literary critic, that has affected the symbolic value of the literary places, whose root and property to a concrete time and region rarely have been analyzed with depth like evocative literary resource of the Earth spirit from where they arise. The objective of this study is the search and recovery of these physical surroundings - the domestic space of the Parsonage, the town of Haworth and its moors, the architectonic places of novels with the purpose of giving back its dignity to them, releasing them with it of the aesthetic and cultural iron yoke of the legend.
Aurora Astor Guardiola was born in Albacete is a Ph.D. in Philology by the University of Valencia.
