ReplyDeleteDidn't an article in another newspaper post the results of a poll, in which Darcy wins over Rochester in terms of popularity? I wouldn't be surprised if the next question will be "who was better shirtless"?
Just wait until shirtless Rochester sinks in the collective memory. Perhaps if that Rochester vs Darcy is asked again in a few years' time the difference won't be quite so abismal :P
