The Times Online celebrates Penguin Classics 60 anniversary by quoting excerpts from chosen books out of the lists specially compiled for the occasion. There are many categories and Wuthering Heights makes it to The Best Lovers list.

However, we must express our utter disappointment at the inexplicable absence of Jane Eyre. Especially considering that Jean Rhys's Wide Sargasso Sea is present on the The Best Crazies (sic) list. Predictably but sadly enough Anne doesn't make it to any of the lists.

We are big buyers of these classics and feel our voices should be listened. We will bear it in mind, Penguin people ;)
