Some time ago we presented the upcoming publication of a French translation of some juvenilia by the Brontë children (Charlotte, Emily, Anne and Branwell) : Le monde du dessous (The world below). Although the publisher's web (Anabet) is still under construction, the book is already available in the local market (amazon.fr, Fnac...).

The translator is Patrick Reamaux, the French translator, for instance, of Emily Dickinson (Le Paradis est au choix, Librairie Elisabeth Brunet,1998) and author of a book named "Le visiteur de Gondal" originally published by Balland in 1986. It seems that Monsieur Reumaux and the Brontës are old friends.
