Two news related with original soundtracks of films based on Brontë novels.

1. First, we have to report the appearance of a new CD:

In this selection we find some themes from the Bernard Herrmann's soundtrack of Jane Eyre (1944)

(Composed And Conducted By Bernard Herrmann)

As far as we know there are currently available two editions of Bernard Herrmann's JE (more or less complete): the Soufly's edition and the Naxos (under the Marco Polo label) edition.

2. And the second news item is related to a concert to be performed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra tomorrow, March 31:
