Someone out there might be interested to know that Spanish fashion magazine
Telva in its April issue features Brontë Country in its travel section.
Given the kind of magazine this is, they are more interested in all the teas you can buy and all the teashops you can have tea in than the piles and piles of Brontë books you can purchase there. Oh well.
From BrontëBlog we encourage Haworth inhabitants to try and spot as many Spanish women with the following characteristics: all wearing the same bag given away with the mag this month - all dressing quite posh - all trooping to Betty's teashop at 5 pm - all thronging The Old Apothecary, not for the wonderful accommodation provided, but to get lacy presents for family, friends and acquaintances. After a few days, they will all leave and head for the Harrogate spas.
Watch out for them! ;)
