Only recently we posted about this exhibition in Bradford. And that's the most recent among the many exhibition we have reported since last September where one of the Brontës or all three of them have been the source of inspiration.

In May we will be able to add one more to the list. As icHuddersfield prints today, artist Liadin Cooke will be showing her artwork Yorkshire Sculpture Park in Huddersfield.

The works of art are not literal representations of what they were inspired by. Instead, Liadin has created objects which capture moods. For example, she has used overpowering colours to show how Bronte's character Jane Eyre felt stifled when she was locked in a room at her aunt's home.

The exhibition opens on May 6 and runs until September 3. Free entry.
