‘Wyld at Heart’

Back by popular demand for Emily Brontë's birthday weekend, poet and yoga teacher Emma Conally-Barklem returns for a ‘wyld’ yoga session inspired by the elements.

Unleash your inner Emily in a breath-led, enervating session which connects body, mind, and soul. The practice will be followed by a spoken word performance by Emma, featuring selected verse by Emily Brontë and poetry from Emma’s own collection ‘Hymns from the Sisters’, inspired by the Brontë sisters and currently on sale in the Brontë Museum shop. 

Emma’s practice is accessible to all, with lots of fun variations to help you make the most of the session.
