An alert for today, August 7, at the Brontë Parsonage Museum:
Come and See!
A day for all the family
August 07th 2019 11:00am - 04:00pm

Join us for our first holiday extravaganza in our new Learning and Event space, where we will be exploring the theme of eyes and vision; what we can see and what we can't see, and darkness and light. With local artists, we will draw in the churchyard using magnifiers to see details we might otherwise miss, and make mono prints using the eye as inspiration. We will also listen to traditional stories on the theme and watch a wonderful flying display by SMJ Falconry - few creatures in the animal kingdom possess more acute daytime vision than these amazing birds.
