An alert from the Brontë Parsonage Museum:
Brontë200:  Branwell Brontë: Off the rails?

A free drop-in Tuesday Talk (extended for Flying Scotsman weekends)
Saturday 1, Sunday 2, Tuesday 4, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 April, 11.30am and 2pm.
The talk is free with admission to the Museum.

With Flying Scotsman travelling up and down the track at the bottom of the valley, our free talk will focus on Branwell and his brief career on the railway. Hear about his time as railway clerk at Luddendenfoot station in Calderdale and find out why his career came to such an abrupt end. Did he really go ‘off the rails’?!
More information in The Telegraph & Argus.
