Sophie Hannah, the queen of psychological crime fiction, visits Haworth to discuss her new novel, the acclaimed standalone thriller A Game For All the Family. Sophie will also talk about writing the hugely successful The Monogram Murders (2014), the first Poirot novel written since the death of Agatha Christie, and with the blessing of the Christie estate.
Sophie Hannah is an internationally bestselling crime fiction writer and poet. Her psychological thrillers have received critical acclaim and have been listed for multiple industry awards. The Carrier (2013) won the Specsavers National Book Award for Crime Novel of the Year. Sophie’s books have been translated into more than twenty languages, and The Point of Rescue and The Other Half have been adapted for television as Case Sensitive.Sophie is currently a Fellow Commoner at Lucy Cavendish College. She lives in Cambridge with her husband and two children.
