The indie rock band Edelweiss has released a single from their first EP: Honduras with the title Withering Heights:

According to The Music City Syndicate the title (but not the lyrics) is indeed a tribute to Wuthering Heights:

The indie “wunder-rockers” Edelweiss is pleased to announce the release of the new single “Withering Heights”.
Formed by five friends while attending high school in Stroudsburg, PA, the band makes their first foray back into the music scene with their first single “Withering Heights” since releasing their successful debut EP Pre-Columbians in 2011.  Influenced by Yourself and the Air, Foals, Bloc Party, and Arctic Monkeys, the quintet will release their sophomore EP Honduras this summer.(...)
Their first single off the new EP, “Withering Heights”, was composed over eight months, with the song’s title inspired by Emily Brontë’s novel Wuthering Heights. Donald Young (guitar) wrote the lyrics after reading the novel The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand, Niko Porlier (vocals/guitarist) laid down the first guitar track, and then the other members each contributed their instrumental layer. Producer Jeremy Sklarsky (Freelance Whales, Teenage Fanclub, The Morning Benders) produced and mixed “Withering Heights” while the band themselves recorded, mixed and mastered the rest of the songs on the EP.
