We present you today the Recovering the Classics initiative:
Every book deserves a great cover.

Recovering The Classics is a crowdsourced collection of original covers for 50 of the greatest books in the public domain. All books are available for sale as both digital and softcover editions to support the artists involved. Recovering The Classics is a project of the Creative Action Network, a marketplace for connecting artists with the causes they care about, and DailyLit, a platform for delivering great fiction in short installments.
One of the 50 books is Jane Eyre. Up to now there are two new covers but we hope to see some more in the upcoming months:

Inspired by the role of opposites: secrecy--frankness, heaven--hell, passion--reason. I wanted a modern profile to embody the questions of what Brontë's "feminism" would look like by today's standards.
