Tomorrow, April 17, a new Jane Eyre adaptation opens in Islington, London:
The Rosemary Branch Theatre presents...
Jane Eyre

By Charlotte Brontë
Adapted and directed by Bryony J Thompson

Part ghost story, part Gothic romance, and part religious tract, this gripping new adaptation of a favourite classic remains faithful to the text.  The book literally comes to life with imaginitive staging and a cast of only six young professionals. Set in 1840s northern England, the early stirrings of feminism shine through the strict adherence to social structure giving this venerated novel its iconic status.

Rosemary Branch Theatre
17 April to 5 May 2013.
Tuesday to Saturday at 7:30pm, Sundays at 6pm.

Cast includes Helen Russell-Clark (Jane Eyre), Francesca Binefa, Katy Daghorn, Ludovic Hughes, Rob Pomfret, Lainey Shaw.
Original music by James Young
Lighting by Ned Lay

Photography by Ian Cuisine
