The Red House Museum hosts from yesterday, March 2 a new exhibition focused on the life of early feminist and friend of Charlotte Brontë, Mary Taylor:
Mary Taylor: Strong minded woman & friend of Charlotte Brontë
March 2-June 2, 2013

Visitors to the event at Red House Museum in Oxford Road, Gomersal, will learn about Charlotte Brontë’s inspirational friend, her travels to New Zealand, starting a business, leading expeditions and writing radical feminist articles and books.
