Today, January 18, a Brontë talk in Leeds:
Lunchtime Talk: A Secret History of the Brontës
by Sarah Prescott, Literacy Archivist, University of Leeds
Leeds Central Library on 18 January 2013
18/01/2013  12.30pm
Leeds Central Library
Tickets : £4 (£3 concessions)

Letters, stories and manuscripts written by the Brontë family, and now held in the University of Leeds Library Special Collections give a unique insight into their lives and work. Find out what these items tell us about the secret history of the family, from Branwell Brontë’s disintegration, to Charlotte’s honeymoon.

Working with Leeds University’s Brotherton Library and Leeds Central Library we present a series of talks about objects in the University’s Special Collection.
