The Act One Cardiff's University Theatre Company premieres today, August 13, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival a new adaptation of Wuthering Heights:
Wuthering Heights – Edinburgh Fringe Festival
Adapted and Directed by Josey O’Neal
13th-18th August 2012  9:05 PM
The Space @ The Radisson on the Royal Mile

A brand new adaptation of Emily Brontë's classic gothic novel of madness, violence, love and death comes to chilling life in an energetic and minimalist production from Cardiff University's theatre company. Incorporating physical theatre, puppetry and live music, written and partially devised by a company of actor/musicians, this production brings the wildness of Heathcliff's love, Cathy's mania and the unique atmosphere of the moors into an intimate theatrical setting. This reimagining of the well-known novel seeks to present it in its truest form as a love story, a hate story and a horror story.
