Brontëana, an anthology with the best poems and tales selected for the Italian Literary Prize De Leo-Brontë 2012 has been released. It contains the first three winning entries for poetry and the the first three for narrative besides some others selected for publication in the anthology itself.
Professor Maddalena De Leo, the prize organizer and editor of the book, says:
This prize and the consequent realization of an anthology has been a wonderful experience. It meant very much for me since it brought to light the love and the hidden knowledge of the Brontës many Italian young authors have without having the possibility to declare it. Contributions of value arrived from any part of Italy and at the end of the book I also added mine. I dearly hope I can organize a second edition of the Prize in 2013.
