And in the Bradford area:
A Postcard to Emily Brontë

Postcard-sized artworks that were inspired by Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights will be exhibited in six libraries across the Bradford district.
'A Postcard to Emily' will display over 70 miniature artworks that were inspired by the classic novel and include photographs, collages, watercolours, ceramics and textiles.
The exhibition is the result of a competition that was run by Bradford Council’s libraries to tie in with last year’s acclaimed film adaptation of Wuthering Heights.
The winner of the competition – as judged by Andrew McCarthy, Director of the Brontë Parsonage Museum in Haworth - was Jessica Taylor. She received a selection of goodies including books, DVDs and free tickets to the Brontë Parsonage Museum for her text and embroidery postcard, which depicts Cathy and Heathcliff in stitched embroidery on a background of words.
Jackie Kitwood, Bradford Council’s Principal Libraries Officer (Operations), said: "The library service is keen to be viewed as a cultural space where art, writing and poetry - especially produced by local people - is seen and encouraged. The film adaptation of Wuthering Heights was an ideal opportunity to celebrate one of our best known local writers: Emily Brontë.”

The exhibition dates are as follows:

Keighley Library – until Thursday, 3 May
Bradford Central Library – from Saturday, 5 until Thursday, 24 May
Clayton Library – from Saturday, 26 May until Friday, 1 June
Ilkley Library – from Saturday, 9 June until Friday, 22 June
Shipley Library – from Monday, 25 until Friday, 6 July
Manningham Library – from Saturday, 7 July until Saturday, 21 July

Many of the artworks on display are available to buy.

All competition prizes were sponsored by distribution company Artificial Eye Film.
