Brontë Society Conference 2011
The Society's 2011 Conference will take place at Homerton College, Cambridge, 26th-28th August.
To mark the 400th anniversary of the publication of the King James Bible, the Conference will explore the influence of the language and themes of this bible on the lives and works of the Bronte family. In addition to formal papers, we are looking to include in the Conference schedule a limited number of seminar sessions on the Conference theme. Speakers include :
