Curious Brontë-related things found recently on the net:

1. A Limoges Box :
This exquisite Limoges box depicts a bookshelf with a bookend and a selection of leather-bound books including the beloved women writers, Jane Austen and Emily Brontë. Inside is a painted pair of reading glasses. This beautiful Limoges box is artfully and colorfully hand-painted with great detail and has been fired numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors. The box is adorned with intricate metalwork and an ornate feather clasp. This Limoges porcelain box is meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges, France and bears the insignia of the artist (Beauchamp Limoges). (via LimogesBoxCollector)

2. Children clothes with Brontë names. Flavorwire says:
Shaftesbury 21 is an Australian company specializing in darling children’s attire that costs a fortune. Now your children can look like miniature versions of you (if you are a woman who frequently wears lacy tops with ribbons, or a man who enjoys pairing his neutral-colored vests with navy shirts). Each design is named after either a character or place from one of the Brontë sisters’ novels, such as the Brontë blouse, Linton waistcoat, and Eyre skirt. (Kathleen Massara)
On the picture: Mackenzie wears: Brontë Dress in Rose.
Boris wears: Reed Top in Charcoal/Rose Stripe, Linton Waistcoat in Charcoal, Model’s own jeans.

3. Favourite Crafts suggests creating a Jane Eyre plaque:
If you or someone you know loves Jane Eyre, here's a special craft idea. The Jane Eyre Plaque features the beloved character and some of her notable quotes. Make this craft for yourself or as a wonderful gift.

4. Purses by Rebound Books:
Custom Jane Eyre Book Purse made from recycled book
This Book Purse will be made from a beautiful new edition of Charlotte Brontë's classic "Jane Eyre." I rarely use new books, but sometimes I come across one that is just too beautiful not to use. Why buy a beautiful edition of a book just to decorate your shelf, why not take it out on the town with you? If you love the Brontë sisters, Jane Eyre, and classic English literature, show the world with this gorgeous purse!

Wuthering Heights Book Purse made from recycled book
The gray blue cover is stamped front and back with a repeating pattern of vines and flowers in light blue. For the fabric lining, I chose a gorgeous marbled fabric in many colors. This book purse was tricky to match, because of the unusual gray blue cover, but this one fits perfectly, and reminds me of marbled endpapers as well!
