1. In Maple Valley, Washington, the world premiere of Kenneth Riggs' Starlight Songs (which includes music composed to poems by Emily Brontë and others):

The Tahoma High School Chamber Choir and Reson8, an ensemble of local adult singers, both directed by THS/TJH choir director, Ken Riggs, will perform 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church.

This special concert will feature a collection of Starlight Songs composed by Mr. Riggs. Beautiful music is composed to poems by Edgar Allen Poe, Sara Teasdale, Ranier Maria Rilke, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, Emily Brontë, Paul Laurence Dunbar and John Milton. (Maple Valley Reporter)
