Historical Enactments
:
Students from Park Lane College, Leeds, will be performing an original piece of work, written by themselves, about the early life of the three Brontë sisters. This will be performed outdoors around the Parsonage at the following times:- 11.00 am, 12 pm, and 3.30pm.

The young Brontës and art. visual influences on their creative development

The Brontë children were imaginative, creative and gifted. All were talented artists as well as writers. This Study Day explores the influence of the portrait painter William Robinson; the sculptor Joseph Leyland; the engravings by John Martin and other works which aided their prodigious talent. It will also look at some of their own art.

At Harewood House, Nr Leeds from 10.00 am—3.00 pm.

Price £30 to include coffee and entrance to the House and Gardens. Lunch can be bought at the café.
