This musical adaptation of the Charlotte Bronte classic tells the story of an orphan girl who overcomes many challenges in her life to become the governess of Thornfield Hall, where she falls in love with Edward Fairfax Rochester, an earl with a dark secret.
The show debuted at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Broadway in December 2000 where it went on to be nominated for five Tony awards, including a nomination for best musical.
The director for the Navan production is Tony Finnegan and the musical director is Ivan McKenna. (John Donohue)
