Recent Brontë-inspired/related items found on the net:
Penguin Notebooks (Wuthering Heights)

Classic Penguin notebooks. Pocket sized journals with an elasticated clasp, bookmark and a handy pocket.

H 16.6 x W 9cm - 192 pages (plus 8 end pages)

Jane Eyre (La Paperie, etsy shop)

Handbound leather journal/sketchbook .
Distressed/marbled charcoal brown

"I am no bird;
and no net ensnares me;
I am a free human being
with an independent will...”
—Jane Eyre (1847), Charlotte Brontë

The first page of the journal has a portrait of Charlotte Bronte, captioned with the above quote from her beloved novel, "Jane Eyre". I can almost imagine Brontë (or Jane!) herself using a journal much like this!

The distressed tactile leather and medieval-looking button accentuate its 'old world' loveliness.

This convenient - but attractive - closure with button & elastic is perfect for the writer/sketcher on the go and the size makes it perfect to slip into a pocket, purse or bookbag. The binding is hand-stitched with dark brown Irish linen thread, visible on the spine; it's a very sturdy binding.

This would be a wonderful gift that any journal keeper, Bronte fan, bookworm, or aspiring writer would cherish!
