Cathy bags from Terracota Bolsas:

As I said here and there on the site, I love literature and crafts, and tried to unite the two things here on Terracotta Bags. Hence, the models of grants received names of women characters in books that I read and enjoyed.
These books are my favorites, and a book that I read when I was very young and loved (already lost account of how many times reread) is the Morro dos Ventos Uivantes (Wuthering Heights), the only novel by Emily Brontë.
For a character so dear, I've created a model that is also one of my favorites: the Cathy bag has a unique format, and is a beautiful patchwork, matelassé, crochet or a mixture of all this.
An Isabella Linton necklace from
HerAlterEgo:
Isabella Linton is the younger sister of Edgar who becomes infatuated with Heathcliff. She fundamentally mistakes his true nature and elopes with him despite his apparent dislike of her. Her love for him turns to hatred almost immediately, as she is ill treated both physically and emotionally and held captive against her will.
Eventually she escapes, leaves for London and gives birth to their son Linton Heathcliff, whom she attempts to raise away from Heathcliff's corrupting influence.
A signature asymmetrical necklace, this time shorter and almost choker-like, Isabella Linton showcases a profusion of Carved Amazonite Flowers peppered with Faceted Sugilite Briolettes, Purple Fresh Water Pearls, large Quartz Ovals, Blue Crazy Lace Agate Rounds and small Ovals, and one single singularly stunning Polished Rainbow Fluorite Briolette just perched beside that that amazing Vintage Harlequin Glass Filigree wire-wrapped Focal.
The same virtual shop also offers another necklace with the name
Adventures at Gateshead Hall:
Gateshead Hall is where a small, plain-faced, intelligent and honest 10 year old English orphan named Jane Eyre first comes to stay with her mother's brother's family.
Although greatly abused by her aunt and cousin, Jane triumphs with her grace and strength of character.
This neckpiece aims to really try and capture the essence of Jane's quiet dignity and determined spirit.
It features an amazing vintage focal born from a genuine Sarah Conventry necklace taken to bits flanked by Brass Chains, Faceted Quartz Briolettes and a single Key Charm. Linking everything together are Smooth Tiger's Eye Beads and fantabulous Carved Citrine Nuggets.
