This website we have recently come across is one of the most complete resources on Wuthering Heights there is online. Very book-based it doesn't rely on speculation when it comes to studying Emily Brontë's novel.

Each character has its own page and known-data table (see Heathcliff, for instance), but there's also a timeline, an amazing family tree, images of how Wuthering Heights would have looked inside and ouside, maps, information on the book's locations (see Thrushcross Grange) as well as those places familiar to Emily Brontë.

We can't imagine how much work has gone into creating this website but we are truly thankful that it has all been made available for one and all. Many questions regarding the novel will be answered, no doubt. Truly worth a long visit: The reader's guide to Emily Jane Brontë's 'Wuthering Heights', created by Paul Thompson.

  1. Brilliant website! Great find Bronteblog. Although there's no mention of the '78 BBC version!

  2. There's also no trace of Buñuel's Abismos de pasión. My guess is that some of the 'complementary' sections are still under construction.

But the important bits are all brimming with information!
