Jane Eyre has been in Maidenhead (Berkshire, UK) yesterday. The Maidenhead Advertiser informs that
A WARM spell is predicted so here is a selection of events to get you out and about this weekend.

History will be recreated in Maidenhead on Saturday when an award-winning tractor rolls into town.
Richard Hawthorne's Burrell Gold Medal Tractor No.3626 called Jane Eyre will part up in Castle Hill from noon as organisers attempt to recreate an original photograph taken of the tractor in Maidenhead in 1907.
Jane Eyre, the tractor. Now we can say we have seen it all. By the way, if you look closely at the picture maybe you can find a possible reason for the name.

Picture Source: Steam-Up (1913 Burrell 4 nhp 5 Ton Gold Medal Tractor - Jane Eyre
Works No. 3626 - Reg. No. AH 0221).
