Homeschoolers bring Jane Eyre to assisted living community

Residents at Woodside at Friendship Village of Kalamazoo (Michigan, US) will be entertained on Monday, April 16 by homeschool students from the cast of Homeschool Performing Arts' (HPA's) April 26-28 production of Jane Eyre. Selections from the challenging musical will be brought to the Woodside Assisted Living Community from 2:00-2:30 p.m. (...)

"We are receiving great support from the community and are pleased to present a very challenging show which, to our knowledge, hasn't been performed previously by high school students in the Kalamazoo area," said Brad Garnaat, director of Homeschool Performing Arts. "The Broadway version of Jane Eyre, A Musical Drama is based on the classic book by Charlotte Bronte and is a beautiful story told through extremely rich and wonderful music."
