Tonight is the last episode of Reader, I Married Him. This last installment is particularly interesting to us because it contains a visit to the set of Jane Eyre.

If you cannot see it tonight, take a look at our sidebar, maybe you can catch a re-run of the episode.

Reader, I Married Him: Heroines 3/3

In the final part of this series, Daisy Goodwin traces the rise of the heroine and finds that, contrary to expectation, romantic heroines have both reflected the times and often created ground-breaking role models for women.

Daisy visits the set of the BBC's new adaptation of Jane Eyre and also spends a day with a Yorkshire book group who give a contemporary opinion of some well-known 20th-century heroines.

Other interviewees include Barbara Taylor-Bradford, Sophie Kinsella and Marina Warner.

EDIT: A_Midnight_Muse from the L.E.R.O. livejournal community has uploaded a fragment of the second episode. It contains an interview with Toby Stephens and two short clips of the current BBC Jane Eyre, one of them with St. John Rivers and Jane Eyre.

Also, Pennyforyourdreams has published a post commenting the episode with some nice pictures.
