Via this post from Austenblog we have found out that you can actually marry your favourite fictional character :D And not just one.

There's the men from Jane Eyre (I can't believe someone really married St John, and no one married Jane) and several characters from Wuthering Heights (Heathcliff is two marriages behind Mr Rochester). That's all the Brontë novels stored there, but you can actually add a book if it's not there, so if you have a crush on Mr Weston (from Agnes Grey) or M. Paul (from Villette) or (okay, let's insert a woman too) Shirley, well then suit yourself!

Funnily enough you can also marry many characters from the Thursday Next series by Jasper Fforde. Funny how there are equally two people married to Landen and Pickwick. And even one to Acheron Hades! Rochester is there as well - and free!

So now you know where Bertha Mason really came from. You have to pity Jane when she finds out that Rochester is married to other 18 people. Run for Fforde's Rochester, Jane, run!
