The Edmonds Homeschool Resource Center (Edmonds, WA) presents a theatrical production of Jane Eyre. The musical. We read more details on The Enterprise News:

"My name is Jane Eyre. My story begins, gentle audience, a long age ago, in the dark and lonely attic of Gateshead Hall…" For a century and a half, Charlotte Brontë's classic novel "Jane Eyre" has continued to entertain and inspire generations, making it one of the truly great love stories of all time. Filled with soaring melodies and a romantic lyricism, "Jane Eyre: The Musical" tells the story of Jane, a plain, feisty orphan in the Yorkshire Moors. Surviving a horrific childhood, she becomes a governess at Thornfield Hall, owned by the mysterious Rochester. While Jane learns of the power of love and the strength of her faith, Rochester hides a dark secret that could threaten them all.

"Jane Eyre: The Musical," directed by Shileah Corey, involves a cast of 35 talented actors, ages 9 to 18. The students attend the Edmonds Homeschool Resource Center, a K-12 homeschool resource center that operates as an alternative school in the Edmonds School District.

Performances7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, May 18, 19, and 20 , and 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20 and Sunday, May 21.
Edmonds Homeschool Resource Center, 23200 100th Avenue W. in Edmonds.
