A couple of brief mentions for today:
A play called Intimate Apparel is
on stage in San Diego. Ethel Boyce - the main character is said to have more than a few points in common with Jane Eyre. and reading the story there also seem to be some parallelisms between the novel and the play.
An article on the
Evangelical Times (apparently from December 2005) looks into freedom and - of course - they bring up that overly famous quote from Jane Eyre. Guessed it already?
