There's a press release of the production where it can be found much more information about this chamber opera.

How Clear She Shines! is a chamber work in both size and style befitting the intimate yet powerful nature of its drama and musical setting. The opera culminates in a trio for two sopranos (the ethereal, otherworldly Emily and Anne) and mezzo soprano (the mourning older sister). Inspired by the Rosenkavalier trio, the piece combines Emily’s uplifting poem, which provides the opera’s title, with her poem "Sympathy," which Charlotte may have used to assuage her grief after the early passing of her sisters.

EDIT: The King County Journal has an article on this opera too.
