Recently we came across a very interesting post by Livejournal member Cavalorn. He discusses the Brontës' - especially Anne's and Emily's - Juvenilia in relation to role playing. It is a very well-researched post that we recommend reading because it offers a new vision of Gondal (and partly Angria). It reminds us that Emily and Anne's Gondal went beyond the childhood years (who can forget the 1845 diary paper where Anne and Emily were 25 and 27 respectively and still playing Gondal on the train to York?).

If you're interested in Juvenilia, you might like to look also at some recent posts of ours like this one or this other one.

*The title of this post belongs to Emily's 1845 diary paper.
