Parsonage reopens after its traditional closed-doors period. Along with the permanent exhibition, the Parsonage will be hosting two temporary ones:
Feb. 1 - Dec. 31 2006:
Face to Face with Charlotte Brontë: This new exhibition will look at images of Charlotte Brontë; how she viewed herself and how others viewed her. A wide range of items will be on display including written accounts, portraits produced in Charlotte's own lifetime and modern tourist ephemera. Free on admission.
Feb. 1 - March 31 2007:
A Brush with the Brontës: Special exhibition at the Brontë Parsonage Museum focusing on illustration and the Brontës. Free on admission.
Both of them extremely interesting! Looks like the Brontë Society have scheduled a great year :)
