The BBC reports that a map of English genius is being made by visitengland.com to combat ignorance about creative and scientific figures. And it was about time since

5% of Britons thought William Shakespeare had written Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights

(We'll let you a few moments to recover from the shock, that's right).

There's not much one can say to that, eh?

    Goodness, that's insane! I was quite shocked to read that and then laughed when you added that you would give us a few minutes to recover from the shock.
