Wuthering Heights is the book of the month at The Queen's Reading Room:
For the month of October, Her Majesty’s book club pick is Emily Brontë’s gothic masterpiece, ‘Wuthering Heights’. Wildly regarded as one of the greatest novels ever written in the English language, ‘Wuthering Heights’ tells a story of tempestuous desire, violence and vengeance, all set against the backdrop of the stormy Yorkshire moors.

We are delighted to be accompanied on this journey by Sunday Times bestselling novelist Joanna Cannon, author of ‘The Trouble with Goats and Sheep’, ‘Three Things about Elsie’, ‘A Tidy Ending’, the memoir ‘Breaking and Mending’ and ‘One Letter Different’, a short story included in the anthology ‘I Am Heathcliff: Stories Inspired by Wuthering Heights’.
