Poetry Workshop: Emily Brontë’s Universe
Thu 17 Jul, 3:15pm
The Brontë Space at the Old School Room

In her poetry, Emily Brontë asked questions which still puzzle us today: Why is nature both beautiful and cruel? How can we grasp infinity and eternity? Whi
ch is stronger, love or death? This workshop, taking place during Haworth Festival and led by award-winning writer Tamar Yellin, will join Emily’s spiritual journey and encourage us to ask our own questions in poetic form.

Tamar Yellin is a multi-award-winning author whose Kafka in Brontëland was shortlisted for the Edge Hill Prize. Tamar is also a voluntary guide for the Brontë Parsonage Museum.
