An only alert from the Brontë Parsonage Museum:
Thu 13 March 7:30pm

Join us in the Brontë Lounge as host Helen Meller speaks with award-winning playwright and theatre director Polly Teale.
Polly’s work has won critical and audience acclaim with productions transferring to the West End and touring internationally. Polly was artistic director of Shared Experience from 1995 to 2015, and has authored a number of Brontë-inspired plays and stage adaptations, including Jane Eyre, Brontë and After Mrs Rochester.
We invite Polly to share insights into her adaptation of Brontë, which is being performed at the Ilkley Playhouse in May, with the chance to ask Polly your questions. Not to be missed!
If you can’t attend the live event, a recording will be sent out afterwards
