Charlotte Brontë is one of the greatest realist female writer in the history of 19th century English literature, as well as Jane Eyre is her famous representative work. Through the perspective of feminism, the article analyzes in depth the characters of Jane Eyre, Rochester, and other female characters, such as Helen Burns and Bertha Mason.
