The current study focuses on racial discrimination, gender inequality, and oppression of women in Victorian society. The previous research was based on the feminist theme within the novel, but this current study focuses on the significance of intersectionality and its impact on the journey of protagonist Jane and also; uncovers the new dimensions of her experience. By using this lens, this research sheds light on the experience of the protagonist and the female characters surrounding her. Jane's strong belief and urge for equality challenged Victorian biases against women. By applying Kimberle Crenshaw’s theory of intersectionality this study seeks, how women struggle shown in this novel with different aspects of their identity. And as a part of Victorian society what are the limitations imposed on her by patriarchal society and how does she break down the set norms of the society? Moreover, this research paper also aims to focus on secondary characters such as Bertha Mason, and Helen Burn, how they face racial discrimination, and also accept them as the most Victorian women did. This perspective serves as a unique contribution to this research.
