Anglotopia for Anglophiles lists the films to see in the second half of this year:
Emily - October 14th (Theaters)
This dramatic retelling of the short and accomplished life of Emily Brontë as played by Emma Mackey. This fictional account of her life is set to feature her relationships with her also-famous author siblings Anne (Amelia Gethring) and Charlotte (Alexandra Dowling) as well as her brother Branwell Bronte (Fionn Whitehead). It also deals with her love for a man named Weightman (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) who becomes the inspiration for Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights. (John Rabon)
The Boston Globe reviews Persuasion 2022:
With the recent spate of Jane Austen movies, the ghosts of the Brontë sisters must be asking themselves, “What does she have that we don’t?!”(Ode Henderson)

According to the reviews we have read of the film, the Brontës are quite fortunate to not have been adapted like that.

Newsroom Post celebrates the tenth anniversary of the death of the actor Dara Singh:
1. Sangdil: Dara Singh made his Hindi film debut with the release of this movie in 1952. On Charlotte Bronte’s novel Jane Eyre, the movie was based. (Priyanka Munshi)
Claire Carusillo in Gawker mocks the upcoming TV reality show America's next great author:
I have already signed up for casting call alerts. I suggest that you, dear reader (Oh, how very Jane Eyre!), do not follow my lead, as I don’t welcome friendly competition.
D1SoftballnewsInfobae  (Argentina) and writers who published under pseudonyms:
The Brontë Sisters
Surely if we tell you about Currer, Ellis and Acton Bell they are not very familiar names, but if we mention Charlotte, Emily and Anne Brontë we connect almost immediately with the names of the three British authors who are also sisters. These great women of literature gave life to great classics like Charlotte’s ‘Jane Eyre’, Emily’s ‘Wuthering Heights’ and Anne’s ‘Agnes Grey’. As expected in the macho society of their day, these girls did not have it easy to publish their books and had to use male names so that their work would not remain in their personal manuscripts and reach millions around the world. (James)
Puro-Geek recommends Wuthering Heights:
(Pablo J.) (Translation)
El Periódico (Spain) interviews the writer Jamaica Kincaid:
(Translation)
Radio France's Haute Fidelité (France) included Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights:
 Kate Bush - Wuthering heights
(Translation)
