A Date with the Brontë Sisters
January 22 - 31
Youngstown Community Theater
directed by:
Carol Weakland

Actress, author and storyteller, Carol Weakland will present A Date with the Brontë Sisters,  two one-woman shows based on Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights.
Carol's unique style of performance brings literary characters to life in an intimate, personal manner. Audience members feel as if they have actually visited the character's home and spent time with Jane and Cathy.
This is no small feat when it comes to portraying the passionate, windswept world of the Brontë sisters.  Carol spent time at the Brontë parsonage and walked in the sisters’ footsteps, an experience that helps her reflect the wild landscape in the characters themselves.
